Terms and Conditions

This promotion is void where prohibited by law or institutional policy.
New England Biolabs, Inc. (“NEB”) makes no guarantee, promise or commitment as to the nature or type of gift provided as part of this promotion. By accepting any award, the customer hereby releases NEB from all liability with respect to the possession or use of any such award. The customer acknowledges that the award is provided “AS-IS” and that NEB maintains no liability for any damages which may arise out of a customer’s decision to order and accept any award, including but not limited to any direct or indirect damages, or any incidental, consequential or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, regardless of the form of action. Customer acknowledges and agrees that NEB disclaims any warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to any award, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that the third party manufacturer of the product provides any warranty in connection with any award provided by NEB, NEB shall pass such warranty through to the customer, and any issues that may arise with respect to the award shall be resolved solely between the customer and the third party manufacturer. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
QUALIFIED ENTRANTS. The promotion for the prize is open to “Qualified Entrants”, who are defined as those individuals over the age of 21 who have completed and submitted the survey to NEB. Employees of NEB, its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies as well as their family members are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN. In order to enter the promotion, a Qualified Entrant must complete the following survey by June 30th, 2013. One winner will be chosen on both May 30th and June 30th. Winners will be notified by email. The winner must claim their prize from NEB by July 15th, 2013. If the winner does not claim his or her prize by the end of the day on July 15th, 2013, then NEB reserves the right to terminate their prize and draw a replacement winning name.
REWARD. The raffle reward is one new iPAD® mini, and all applicable taxes associated with receiving the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in the promotion, an entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these promotional rules.
GOVERNING LAW. These reward rules constitute the full agreement relating to the reward of the prize. This reward is void where prohibited by law. Any dispute arising out of the promotion set forth herein shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for its provisions regarding conflicts of law.
